Details on how to Contribute
I am using Square (www.squareup.com) as the tool to allow people to make contributions.
Square is a commerce site that allows buyers and sellers to sell/buy different products/services.
I created a square online store that allows people to make contributions.
The web address for the Live Your Life Learning Square online store is the following:
Can accept contributions if live in the United States – not able to accept contributions for people living outside the United States. If living outside the United States, just thanks for reading and hope you enjoy
We can do refunds 50 days from date of transaction – just let us know
You can make a contribution using a debit or credit card. Please see Square Up Payment Terms (Squareup.com/legal/payment) for specific information as to what specific credit or debit cards are accepted.
Fraud Information (Credit Cards may offer more protection than Debit Cards)
Please see your own specific debit or credit card agreement about fraud activities. In general, you may find using a credit card will give you more protection against fraud than a debit card.
- Credit cards may give more legal protections than a debit card
- Debit cards you are dealing with your own money rather than a credit on a credit card.
If dealing with a fraudulent transaction on a credit card, you may be dealing with waiting for a credit card refund – you are dealing with credit on a credit card.
If dealing with a fraudulent transaction on a debit card, you are dealing with your own money – you may be waiting to get a refund from the fraudulent activity; as you wait you may have more financial stress waiting to get your money back.
Please see your own individual credit card or debit card regarding fraud policies.
Squareup.com uses a variety of security tools to safeguard information – but about any activity on the Internet is not total risk-free. Financial activities do carry risk when doing financial activities on the Internet. Please see Squareup General Terms of Service (Squareup.com/legal/us) – and look up #8 Security
That why it can be good idea to know your credit card or debit card fraud policies before doing financial activities on the Internet.
